Couldn't they just put up a new URL on the hidden wiki?

There's a backup url in case it gets shut down or too much heat. Not sure if it's still valid though, only the first 1000 members were sent a message about it when SR started getting popular.

people should have their own database of emails if they store the pgp keys of vendors.
also, blackmarket reloaded would probably serve as a temporary site until SR came back up. SR isn't stupid, they obviously would plan for something like this.
